The Procrastinator's Holiday Gift Guide

So, it's five days till Christmas and you've just started shopping, or maybe you were invited to a last minute holiday party with a white elephant gift exchange? It's ok, you can breathe because you're in the hands of a notorious procrastinator. Ditch the gift cards and generic bottle of wine this year and get a little more thoughtful (or at least look like you're being thoughtful even though you just grabbed their amazing gift at a drugstore on the way to the party!).

1. The new Essie nail polish collection will make any girl (that's like me) immediately impressed and the best part, you can pick it at Walgreens. 2. Getting someone a DVD of a new movie they loved is easy and always a good idea. People don't buy DVD's for themselves very often so they make great gifts. 3. Stone makes a delicious IPA that's made to enjoy within a short period of time, with craft beers getting more popular it's perfect for your beer lover. If you can't find Stone in your town just pick a large bottle of a strong IPA! 4. Good news, houseplants aren't boring anymore. Pick up a cactus or a few little succulents and you'll make your secret santa giddy. Perfect for your aunt's garden or your brother's dorm room! 5. Blooming tea is so much fun, absolutely beautiful, and makes for a great conversation during the gift exchange. 6. A traveler mug is something every single person should own but is such a chore to buy for yourself, fill it with some bags of tea or coffee beans first. 7. A small box of macarons is so pretty, yummy and still a little unusual and hard to find.

Now you're a master of gift giving and you didn't spend over $25 bucks, you rule.
