So, Ian and I have lived together for over a year now and the first year of living together has been wonderful, so much fun and I've never been happier. However, I have gained so much weight from it, eating the same as my 6' tall boyfriend who lives off pizza and beer and not working out will do that to you, who knew? Of course one of my New Year's resolutions was to get back in shape, eat cleaner and workout like a maniac but I didn't want to share that with you guys until January and the resolution hype was over and I had made some progress. Well, I've lost 6 pounds this month and I'm officially in crazy fitness girl mode (well, my version of that). Don't worry, I'm not going to bore you with daily workout and smoothie posts but from time to time I will brag and let you know when I've made progress.
