Reward System For Weight Loss
When you have a lot of weight you want to lose or a big goal like running a marathon it can seem so frustrating in the beginning, setting up mini goals and then rewarding yourself with something once you reach them makes you even more excited for your progress and less likely to give up.
Obviously, you need to choose things you can afford but make your final goal weight reward something that's a pretty big splurge, something you wouldn't normally buy for yourself and not something you really need that you'll probably get eventually anyway. I'm also adding rewards for after I reach my goal weight every month that I maintain for a year. Maintaining my weight loss is my biggest challenge so it'll be nice to have something to keep me motivated so I don't feel like I'm "done".
