Beach Day

I didn't make any official New Years resolutions this year because the mere thought of creating a physical list of life improvements exhausted me. That doesn't mean I don't have goals and I don't want to improve or progress but I'm not labeling anything a New Year's resolution and assigning it a deadline or jotting it down with a sparkly gel pen on a pink piece of paper only to find it crumpled up and forgotten in the back of a drawer two years later. Not that that's ever happened to me or anything.
This is not a resolution post BUT one thing Ian and I do want to is not take the beach for granted, especially now that we live so close and have a dog that goes totally mad for it.

  1. Such beautiful pictures! I wish I lived near the beach - but I know what you mean, when you're close to something like that, it's easier than ever to take it for granted.

  2. I am so jealous of anyone that lives close by to a beach! Neither me or my boyfriend drive, so if we wanted to go to a beach its a good couple of hours on a train, which realllly sucks. Such a good deal to make with yourself!
